CNC turning
Using the most modern turning machines with driven tools we offer fast and quality processing of work-pieces up to the following dimensions:
- from 3 mm turning length up to 100 mm
- from 75 mm turning length up to 1,500 mm
- from 75 mm up to 200 mm length up to 2,000 mm
- from 200 mm up to 600 mm length up to 400 mm
- up to 900 mm length 450 mm
CNC milling, drilling and engraving
The high-technology process of 5-axis, 3D, 3.5 and normal CNC milling, drilling and engraving, supported by the most modern CAD/CAM software ensures you that you will always receive the product that will perfectly meet your specifications.
Limit dimensions of plane work-pieces:
1,000 x 600 x 450 mm.
In 4-axis processing with a degree distribution of 10 โ 250 mm the accuracy of distribution is 20″ with the smallest increment of 0.001.
Round and surface grinding
We offer round grinding for particularly high tolerance dimension requirements and for processing of quenched products.
We offer round grinding of workpieces of diameter up to 250 mm, length up to 2,500 mm and weight up to 300 kg.
Wire and sink erosion
With wire and sink erosion we provide solutions for specific requirements, which cannot be realized by using standard processing technology.
Laser, plasma and machine cutting of the material
We offer laser and CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) welding, as well as standard MIG/MAG welding. We can weld workpieces of the outer diameter up to ร 100 mm and length up to 1,500 mm using a welding machine for round welding. We can also braze the assembly parts using the standard procedure or a vacuum furnace.
Deburring
The technological process of producing parts itself enables us to try to assure that the sharp edges and corners of your products are smoothed and processed as required. Where this is not possible, the parts are manually deburred or trovalizated.
We are aware that in most cases only a machine-processed product is not enough. Therefore additional mechanical processes and services are performed in cooperation with certified external partners.

Annealing, quenching and tempering, quenching in the protective atmosphere or in the vacuum, induction quenching, nitrating…
Galvanic and chemical surface treatment
Anodizing, chemical and galvanic nickel plating, zinc coating, chrome plating, bluing, powder coating, gilding, phosphate coating, chromate conversion coating, copper plating…
